While the service surpasses expectations with fun events for Marriott Owners, the proximity to the beach is a major highlight. However, the dining options, though featuring American classics like SPAM, may not cater to all tastes.

The hotel offers a great island view and spacious, well-decorated rooms, perfect for relaxing late afternoon pupus on the deck with the patio doors open. The service is very friendly and helpful, though not at the level of a Hampton Inn. The location is convenient for exploring both ends of the island, with beautiful walking paths to hotel amenities. The dining options include local favorites like SPAM at Roland's Mixed Plate. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay.

On the bright side, the service was always helpful and the organized event with hot dogs, games, and music was awesome. The location, adjacent to the airport, provides a good starting point for exploring the island while being conveniently close to activities on both the north and south shore. Dining at Roland's Mixed Plate on Kauai offered wood-fired pizzas, and the facilities were commendable.
